  • Where do you work?

We are based out of Franklin, OH and we work within about 1 hour drive of Franklin. We do a lot of work in Cincinnati and Dayton and the surrounding small towns.

  • What kind of projects do you work on?

We work on old and historic buildings. We can do projects varying from small repairs on windows and doors to full building restoration projects. Please see our services page and our project portfolio for more information.

  • What type of properties do you work on?

We work on historic homes, museums, timber frame barns, log buildings and smaller commercial projects. Generally we work on buildings built before the 1950’s, the older the better.

  • Do you do bathroom/kitchen remodels?

Yes, but only in conjunction with historic restoration projects.

  • Do you offer both restoration and renovation services?

Yes. Restoration focuses on preserving original features, we do a lot of this type of work on museum projects. Renovation may include modern updates - we can take old buildings and adapt them to modern uses, with modern comforts and improved energy efficiency while preserving the historical character of the building. We like to think of ourselves as practical preservationists.

  • What is the best way to contact you about a project?

Please fill out our consultation form and we will be in touch promptly.
